Shopping at Eroticessence is easy
The whole process contains six
simple steps, each explained separately:
1. Search an article
2. Choose an article
3. Shopping Cart
4. Register
5. Cashbox
Orders are confirmed by e-mail.
Step 1. Search an article
The webshop of Eroticessence offers
you an extensive choice of our selection. To quickly find the article
you're looking for , the articles are classified in categories. Each categorie
is divided in subgroups. Some subgroups are divided as well.
There are two ways to search an
article:
Fold out menu
Clicking on the fold-out menu will
quickly lead you to the article you're looking for
'Search' button
By using the 'search' button and
typing the categorie, the name of the article, the article number or related
subjects, you will find the article, rapidlly
Step 2. Choose an article
Depending on the article you choose
there are different possibilities:
Product Details
Clicking on 'Product Details' will
show you more information about the article like: material, colour and size or
you can enlarge the image .
Add to Shopping Cart
If you have no need for details or
if it is not necessary to choose size or colour, you can add the article to
your shopping cart. All chosen articles are kept in your shopping cart while
you are shopping but you have not bought anything yet. As long as you have not
confirmed your order, the contents of your shopping cart can be changed at any
time.
To Cashbox
Once you have finished shopping go
to Cashbox to discharge straight away. You will need to fill in your payment
data only once, the information is kept by the system.
Step 3. Shopping Cart
Besides your shopping list, you will
find here: colour, size, price, subtotal and total of your order. If you want
to remove an item from your shopping cart, click on the disposalbox icon.
Step 4. Register
For first orders on our website you
need to register and create your own password. This password will give you
immediate access to the webshop next time you visit our site.
Step 5. Cashbox
Here you find an overview of your
order, personal data and total amount.
Your order will be processed
immediately and you will receive the ordered articles as soon as possible. Deliveries
are made within 5 to 20 days after payment. Most articles are deliverable
from stock. When you order an article that is not available temporarily, your
order will be treated as backorder. When an article is definitely sold out , we
will inform you.
Status of your order
After you are logged in on your
account, click on the 'overview' button.
The following statuses are possible:
1. Awaiting payment
2. Payment received
3. Order is processed
4. Orderis in backorder.
Backorder means that one or more
items of your order are temporarily not available and the delivery is
delayed. We will contact you if this is the case.
5. Sent
All our consignments occur in a
neutral packing. The articles have different delivery periods and therefore it
is possible that if you order more than one article, you will receive the
articles in more than one delivery. If this is the case, we will charge the
deliverycosts only once. After your order has been sent, we will
immediatley inform you by mail.
